Key Responsibilities (Top 5-6)
Are you up for an adventure to help build out marketing and product development capabilities? Do you have a passion for finding business-building insights in the data (IRI/Circana, research, trends, qual & quant research) to develop and drive marketing plans through the organization to make a personal difference and achieve sales growth? Have you been through at least 3 years of business planning cycles? Are you customer and consumer-focused? Do people find you easy to get along with? - Assist in analyzing data to develop building blocks, strategies, and marketing tactics and measure KPI’s and adjust to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to support effective product launches, technical registrations, and promotional campaigns to drive revenue while maintaining timelines and budgets for sales volumes and profit levels
- Develop a deep understanding of Mariani procurement, packaging, and production capabilities, as well as legal packaging compliance as it relates to FDA, BRC, and other regulatory bodies.
- Support private label artwork development, routing, and documentation. Utilize the Loftware Artwork Management Tool to upload artwork, package designs, and product specifications for new artwork, artwork revisions, and/or refreshes.
- Provide Product Management support for new Private Brand item commercialization as assigned: product costings, product specifications, sample development, final product production supervision, and execution.
- Assists in the development of strategic business project plans and costing analysis
- Develop knowledge of syndicated data for analysis and channel management; develop sales stories and summaries as needed.
Position Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university; or three to five year’s related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products with preferred experience in syndicated data software such as IRI or AC Nielson.
