Oyster Bar Floating Restaurant Manager

Taylor Shellfish Oyster Bars are looking to add a Floating Manager to their leadership team. This position will support the everyday operations of all 3 of our Oyster Bars.

Taylor Shellfish Farms is America’s largest shellfish farming company, family-owned and operated since 1890. We grow four species of oysters, clams, mussels and geoducks, specializing in premium quality live half-shell oysters. In addition to our wholesale distribution, we own three bustling Oyster Bars in Seattle to exemplify our “Tide to Table” philosophy and set the gold standard for oyster shucking presentation.

Ideal candidates should have FOH and/or BOH (4+ years) experience that also shows leadership involvement. Strong candidates will exhibit strength in the following areas:

• Inventory & COG calculation

• Tone-setting effort & stress management

• Coaching and developing a team

Experience with oyster shucking is not required, we want to train you on our program with proprietary literature and hands-on experience at our farms/facilities.
