Overnight Dog Handler/Caregiver

Superdogs Daycare is currently seeking enthusiastic dog professionals to join our Super team!

We are currently looking for Evening/ Overnight Staff
The Full time hours we need to cover are:

Monday -Thursday 9:00pm till 6:00am

Friday-Sunday 11:00pm till 8am
(All employees are required to work a minimum of 2 weekend days a month and some holidays)
Applicants must be dependable with a pleasant demeanor, willing to work well on a team or independently. Applicant MUST be comfortable working with and around dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Applicant must be attentive to detail. We take pride in our facility and the care we give our dogs. We routinely clean all areas of the building to provide a beautiful, clean facility for the dogs in our care.
Duties include monitoring dogs during boarding, routinely cleaning boarding suites, ensuring dogs are safe and must be able to maintain calm control over a group of dogs. Duties with the dogs includes gate control, outdoor and indoor appropriate play, moving the dogs safely from the yard to the building and vice-versa. Feeding, giving meds to the right dog, right method etc.

Routine cleaning includes, but is not limited to: sweeping, cleaning walls and moldings, mopping, laundry, dishes, sanitizing potty areas and poop scoops, cleaning beds etc.
A background working with dogs, horses or large animals is advantageous.

Starting Pay: $15 - $16 depending on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
