Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
- Assistance with ADLs as directed, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
- Document completed tasks and report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
- Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social and emotional support
