SalaryThe Ridge provides personalized residential psychiatric treatment for teens from ages 12 to 18 within transformative residential facilities in the New Hampshire area!
As a Overnight Behavioral Technician here, you will be presented with the unique opportunity to partner with and assist our clinical directors and clinical therapists as you guide our residents through their rehabilitative journey.
ALL HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS WELCOME!
- Supervise and monitor patient's activities through the night to include preparation for quiet hours and sleep, regular bed checks, wake up calls, etc.
- Regularly conducts 15 minute checks into each patient's area to ensure proper safety and comfort and place any and all findings into electronic documentation system.
- Administering medications as needed to patient's as instructed.
- Performing light house-hold chores as needed to ensure proper upkeep of facilities as needed.

Position Requirements You May Have:
- Previous work experience in a clinical or residential setting
- Passion for the field of mental/behavioral health
- Have previously worked with adolescents/young adults or in a youth-focused environment
- Must be 21 years old with a high school diploma/equivalent to qualify
- Previous work experience as Mental Health Technician, Behavioral Health Technician, or Caregiver!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
