We help children from birth to age 3 and adults with disabilities or acquired brain disorders. Our services include providing or connecting them with safe places to live, meaningful activities, social interaction, relationship-building, and skill development for increased independence. We also work to educate employers, organizations, and the community at large about similarities and differences in people.
We respect the individual. We are teachers, advocates, problem-solvers, idea generators, and relationship builders. We have fun, celebrate differences in people, and support each other. In order to hire and retain people who share these values, we offer competitive compensation and a positive work culture.
