Overnight Concierge

We are seeking someone with a passion for helping people while providing awesome customer service to our residents and their families. As a Resident Concierge, you will be the central point of communication between family, residents and staff. Your professionalism, ability to remain calm when faced with challenges and courtesy will create lasting impressions for families and our residents.

You will be working on a beautiful campus where adults with intellectual, cognitive or development disabilities can live, learn, and thrive across a 20-acre campus near historic downtown Waxahachie and includes 28 cottages and community buildings for dining, fitness and education.

This is for a part-time overnight position

You will work as part of a team to perform such activities as:

• Assist residents with scheduling transportation services, dining services, mail, and submitting work order requests.
• Answer the phone and assisting callers with needs while directing them to the correct person.
• Greet and screen visitors.
• Monitor our fire alarm panel.
• Assist coaching staff with various resident situations.
• Monitor and patrol community property.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.50 - $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
