Your strategic expertise will be pivotal in securing and expanding accounts across diverse industries, particularly in agriculture, public, and government domains. Thriving on collaboration, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships while identifying and capitalizing on growth prospects.
Your skills and responsibilities will include:
- Employing a collaborative and consultative sales approach to excel in prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and deal closure.
- Demonstrating agility in effective cross-functional engagement, impactful product demonstrations, and adept CRM utilization.
- Engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, showcasing an entrepreneurial mindset, and leveraging UAV operations expertise.
- Driving sales growth year after year in the agricultural sector or public/governmental domains.
- Meticulously covering and expanding territories, displaying a disciplined and results-oriented approach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Sales experience in the agricultural sector or public/governmental domains is highly valued.
- Proven track record of territory sales growth and expertise in consultative selling techniques.
- Familiarity with UAV operations coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency in communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
