- In this position, the Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for new business generation and hunting for new customers, as well as handling renewals on service agreements. The Outside Sales Representative will work closely with and answer directly to the company’s Sales Manager in developing and implementing new growth strategies. They will sell to facility owners, maintenance managers and engineers.
Compensation: Our client is offering a solid compensation package for this position, with a base salary ranging from 65k - 80k/year and an uncapped bonus/commission structure that should add another 10k - 20k in the first year and put you well into the six figure range in 2-3 years. Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3+ years of proven outside sales success, preferably with experience in HVAC or selling a service. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.
