Senior Living Finders is hiring for an Outside Sales and Marketing Representative. Candidate will be responsible for growing and maintaining accounts for the purpose of referral generation in efforts to increase company market share.
Job Summary:
Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for managing and maintaining specific, current accounts for the company as well as growing new referral sources. Liaison will work directly with CEO on specific goals and deliverables weekly.
Job Duties:
- Maintain current client/referral source accounts weekly
- Build relationships with new referral partners
- Make direct, in person sales and marketing calls to qualified accounts
- Create marketing programs/ events to expand referral base
- Meet with potential clients to discuss services
- Maintain CRM daily
- Participate in regular team meetings with case managers to discuss referent needs and deadlines
- Daily reporting and collaboration with CEO
- Host and plan marketing events for referral partners
- Advise on marketing materials
- Maintain Social Media Accounts
Requirements:
- Candidate should be a motivated, self starter with history of success in the healthcare space
- At least 2 years of experience in sales
Pay Structure:
- Hourly plus generous commissions
- Company cell phone and laptop provided
