Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building connections, has a passion for sales, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Identify and target potential clients in the designated market

- Conduct site visit with potential customers and analyze customer needs

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service

- Present products and provide solutions to meet customer requirements

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement

- Stay up-to-date with industry standards on commercial frames, doors and hardware

Skills:

- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development

- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to read a tape measure

- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred ( Trello is a plus )

- Exceptional customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
