Wallaby Windows is seeking a Part-time Outside Sales Representative who is passionate about networking, designing solutions, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This individual will have responsibility for growing our sales footprint and leading the in-home consultations for window, door, and siding installation projects for our customers.
The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills and who is humble, competitive, and possesses the highest degree of integrity. We're looking for someone with a fantastic personality, a great attitude, and someone who enjoys helping others. Though sales experience is preferred, direct experience in windows and doors is not required as we provide world-class training to prepare you for your role.
Wallaby Windows is a home services contractor providing high-quality replacement window, door, and siding products and installation services to homeowners, contractors, and property owners.
This role is responsible for managing a territory of Davidson, Williamson, and Rutherford counties.
Option to move from Part-time to Full-time for the right candidate
Compensation:
$20/hr + commission for the first 3 months
Full commission thereafter with no commission caps!!!
Estimated first year annual earnings between $20,000 to $75,000
Shift / Schedule:
Up to 25 hours per week
Pick your schedule
20 to 25 hours each week between Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Must be consistent each week
Option to consider Saturday appointments for those who are extra hungry

Ability to create supplemental leads by cold calling, canvassing, and networking

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Willingness to learn and utilize technology throughout the sales process
Licenses:
Valid TN Drivers License required
Duties / Responsibilities:
Travel to residential, commercial, and industrial sites within territory to complete the free in-home consultation process for our window, door, and siding services
Educate customers on the styles, materials, and options available to them along with the respective energy efficiency value they provide
Take accurate measurements of all existing windows / doors / siding for the project
Use product samples, support, and technology to assist you in closing the sale
Provide customers a project quote at the end of the in-home consultation using estimation software and follow up with them throughout the decision process
Guide customers through payment and financing options
Participate in business development activities, home shows, and community events
Contribute to additional Lead generation and data input into CRM
Canvas neighborhoods with door hangers, setup yard signs in high traffic areas
Visit local vendor offices, build relationships, and educate staff
Networking to build contractor and vendor relationships within territory
Perform other related duties as required
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree preferred
High School diploma or GED required
1 to 3 years Outside Sales experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of walking, standing, and sitting
Must be able to access and navigate the job site
Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Note: We are a home-based organization with no local retail or office locations. The Outside Sales Representative will primarily operate at the customer's home or business, traveling to and from locations throughout the day. The remaining time during working hours will be done from the individual's home or preferred location. Any separate work function to be conducted (team meetings, home shows, community events, etc) will be held at an agreed upon location within our territory.
