We are a small, profitable manufacturer of overhead doors located in Pennsylvania. Our goal is to continue to grow by offering new products and adding distribution. We are looking for an experienced sales professional to help build the company's dealer network in the northeast part of the United States. The company offers upscale products in the overhead door industry and has been in business since the 1930's. The company is small, innovative, and well respected in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Outside Sales activities to help company build dealer network in northeast US.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, company managers, vendors and others as needed to provide exceptional customer service.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
Skills:
- Proven experience in Outside Sales, preferably from a garage door manufacturer.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of attracting new dealers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to analyze geographic area to identify new potentail dealers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
