Johnstone Supply – The Comunale Group is growing and has an exciting sales opportunity in our Pleasantville, NJ location. We are seeking an energetic, engaging, knowledgeable, and dedicated individual to join our team as Territory Sales Manager serving southern New Jersey. The role of the Territory Sales Manager contributes to company growth and profitability by increasing new and existing customer sales. Compensation is base pay and commission.
A candidate for this position must possess excellent distribution sales skills with documented successful distribution sales experience. A minimum of two years of sales experience in the HVAC/R industry is preferred. You will need to be continuously maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company and actively prospecting for new accounts and maximizing sales potential with existing customers. This person must be self-motivated and have the desire to go above and beyond for our customers.
The Territory Manager’s responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Create Quotations
- Manage Pricing for Certain Accounts
- Cold Calling Customers
- Grow Existing Accounts
- Resolve customer grievances
- Training on new sales ideas and products
The requirements needed to achieve the responsibilities for this position are:
- High School Diploma / GED required OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of distribution sales experience; preferably in HVAC/R or a related industry.
- Motivated/results driven, strong drive to succeed.
- Positive worker with an ability to problem solve and handle pressure.
- A drive to facilitate business growth through building professional relationships.
- The motivation to always improve through training and other areas.
- The confidence to not get discouraged when you “cold call” customers.
Salary

Other Details:
- The Territory Manager’s work hours are generally Monday through Friday during the hours of the branch’s hours of operation. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm.
