Requirements:
- Generate new listings and follow-up on sales leads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable transportation with a valid Driver's License
- Must be computer literate and possess a printer, scanner, and smartphone
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and text communications
- Good negotiation skills
- Maintain company expectations and have a customer service-oriented mindset
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training to motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with the Florida real estate market is advantageous.
