- Participating in recruitment events and representing ConFire within the community.
- Developing social media strategies to position ConFire as an employer of choice.
- Tracking metrics and providing data and reports on a regular basis. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of programs.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create diversity and inclusion plans for recruitments as well as ongoing outreach programs. Providing guidance and serving as a subject matter expert.

Minimum Qualifications
License Required: Possession of a valid California Motor Vehicle Operator's License. Out of State valid Motor Vehicle Operator's License will be accepted during the application process.
Education: Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in business administration, public administration, Information technology, or closely related field.
Experience: Five (5) years of full-time (or its equivalent) experience in a business, community or public agency with administrative responsibility for organizational and/or budgetary analysis; which must have included two (2) years of supervisory experience and program or project management.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Strong experience with tabling at job fairs and networking
- DEI Training/Certification
- Experienced with building public facing social media campaigns
Selection Process
- Application Filing and Evaluation: Applications will be evaluated to determine which candidates will move forward in the next phase of the recruitment process.
- Test Type: Candidates that successfully pass the application evaluation will be invited to participate in a Virtual Oral Assessment. The Virtual Oral Assessment is designed to measure candidates' competencies as they relate to the Program and Projects Coordinator classification. Candidates must achieve an average passing score of 70% or higher on each of the competencies assessed, as well as an overall passing score of 70% of higher. These may include, but are not limited to: Delivering Results, Using Technology, Action & Results Focused (Taking Initiative), Attention to Detail, Project Management, Oral Communication, and Critical Thinking. (Weighted 100%). The Virtual Oral Assessment is tentatively scheduled to take place in late-April 2024.
The assessment will be administered remotely using a computer. You will need access to a reliable internet connection to take the assessment. - Departmental Hiring Interview: Tentatively scheduled for early-May 2024
