Outreach Coordinator’s at Guardian Veterinary an important key for us to provide stellar service to our referring hospitals, help and support professionals in the veterinary field, community reach out to let those that might need us that we are here for them 24/7 and to assist us in keeping our database/email lists updated and accurate.
Guardian Veterinary is looking for someone that emits positive energy, conveys clear and concise messages in a friendly way, can think on one’s feet, embodies the ability to be a calming force in a chaotic time, aptitude to follow the ebb and flow of the day and change course as necessary, while staying within the guidelines and demonstrates exceptional judgement.

**$55,000 to $65,000 per year. **Compensation to commensurate with experience
Responsibilities:
- rDVM Visits - Guardian is a referral hospital that depends on referrals from the tristate Veterinary community for our cases, including General Practitioners and fellow Specialty/Emergency veterinary hospitals. You are expected to be on the road visiting these hospitals 4 days a week.
- CE Program - Continuing Education seminars/meetings are lectures for local rDVMs and LVTs that we host here at GVS and at outside locations. GVS hosts over 25 CEs this year, which is a record for the hospital. CEs are a great way to promote the hospital, our doctors, and any new services that we may be offering. You will be assisting Joe in running these lectures when needed. This can include the planning of the CE calendar, collecting of necessary materials, record keeping, and the operating of the events.
- Community Events - GVS is a staunch supporter of local veterinary related community events. We support upwards of 20 community events a year. You will be tasked with assisting the Marketing team in working these events.
- Veterinary Conferences - GVS exhibits at as many 10 Veterinary conferences a year! When needed, you would assist the Marketing and Recruitments teams as the operate a booth or table at the large veterinary conferences.
- Record Keeping/Database Maintenance - Maintaining and growing our referral database and CE emailing lists are vital to our growth. You will also be expected to keep a detailed excel sheet log of your visits, help maintain the rDVM database in EZyvet, help maintain the CE records, and help grow the referral email database in Constant Contact.
