Hilltop's Family Tree is seeking an enthusiastic licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our dynamic team and provide transformative therapeutic counseling to our valued clients. State of Colorado LPC, LMFT, LCSW licensure is required.
This full-time position has a schedule of Monday-Friday with occasional evenings and weekends to meet the needs of our clients.
This position has a starting annual salary range of $73,840-$81,224. Relocation bonus may be available.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for providing therapeutic counseling to clients receiving outpatient services through Family Tree.
This full-time position has a schedule of Monday-Friday from 8 am - 5 pm. Some evenings and weekends may be necessary to meet the needs of clients.
This position has a starting wage of $35.50 per hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitating all clinically indicated service according to the specific payer source.
- Completion of all associated clinical documentation according to payer source requirements.
- Submission of clinical documentation to referral management to ensure accurate/timely monthly invoicing.
- Maintaining an internal, on-going record of all clinical contacts according to payer source requirements.
- Acting as a liaison with all necessary community-based agencies and attending their required meeting when requested/required.
- Outreach and engagement efforts for all new referrals regardless of payer source, within 48 business day hours.
- Communication with referral manager to ensure service calendar sync accurately reflects service delivery.
- Compliance with all licensure associated regulations
