Position: Adolescent Mental Health Therapist -

Work Environment: Teen & Young Adult Outpatient Treatment Center | Mental Health & Mood Disorder Programming

Compensation: $57,500-68,000 Annual Salary

Schedule: Full Time | Monday to Friday | 3 Evenings Per Week - No Weekends

As a therapist at Sandstone Care, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide high-quality and compassionate care to adolescents seeking treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
• Run 3-hour clinical groups 3 times a week, and provide individual therapy for clients in programming
• Oversee treatment plans and progress for your designated case load.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance your professional development and clinical skills.
• Contribute to the growth and improvement of Sandstone Care's programs and services.

Training & Experience:

• You must have a Clinical or Provisional Counseling or Social Work license that is valid in Colorado (LPCC, LPC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, MFTC)
• You must have prior experience in treating substance abuse; preferably in a detox or residential facility. Clinical Skills & Abilities:
• Motivational Interviewing
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy
• Strong Documentation Skills
