Our Outpatient Services program is growing! We are searching for a licensed clinician to manage our team of therapists and staff.
This position will directly co-supervise Therapeutic Outpatient Services, directly supervise other Hilltop supervisors, provide clinical supervision to therapists and staff in Day Treatment, Outpatient Services, and Family Resource Centers. This position is responsible for signing-off on clinical paperwork and billing of therapists and staff who are not yet fully licensed. This position will work with leadership in programs to build vision and growth of these programs.
This position has a starting annual salary range of $80,080-$88,088 with possibility for bonuses. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direction and leadership of growth and development of existing and new services for Day Treatment, Outpatient Services, and other programs as assigned.
- Assuring that staff are coordinating with case managers, providers and referral agencies to assure quality and timely service delivery.
- Assure staff and programs are building and maintaining community relationships.
- Preparing, monitoring and operating within an established operational budget. Work with individual therapists and staff on productivity goals.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge and understanding of all regulations, licensing requirements, and best practices.
- Assuring program/staff compliance with regulations and best practices regarding clinical services including, but not limited to contracting, billing and continuous quality improvement.
- Providing clinical supervision and professional development to therapists and program staff as assigned.
- Facilitating/Co-Facilitating therapeutic support groups.
- Providing therapeutic counseling to clients.
- Responsible for the research, development, and/or approval of curriculum for support groups and therapeutic modalities used by therapists in assigned programs.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Master’s Degree in Counseling or related field and five years of applicable experience is required, of which two years must be treatment-related experience and two years must be post license experience.
Applicable experience may include working with youth and families providing multiple interventions involving case management, family preservation, individual/group and family treatment, supervision and program management.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS
- Colorado State License: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensure required
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License
- Proof of current automobile insurance
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Occasionally exposed to physically and/or verbally aggressive clients.
- Stand 15% of the time; Sit 70% of the time; Walk 15% of the time.
- Assess and observe objects at all distances
- At times job requires stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling items, and feeling items.
- Light physical effort is required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally
- Exposed to outdoor environment 10% of the time
- Noise level is usually moderate
- Job tasks involve no exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissue, but employment may require unplanned exposure.
