Job Title:Physical Therapist - Outpatient

• Pay Rate: $50/hr.-$60/r.

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for an Outpatient position in Holyoke, CO. This opportunity provides a supportive and dynamic healthcare environment where you can make a difference in patients' lives.

Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality Outpatient Physical therapy care to patients, including both pediatric and older adults.
• Adhering to therapist preferences for treatment while ensuring the best possible care for patients.
• Floating between outpatient clinic and inpatient care as needed.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive and effective patient care.
• Ensuring compliance with state regulations and professional standards in Physical Therapy practice.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Graduation from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Current Physical Therapy license within the state of practice (Colorado).
• BLS Certificate.
• Experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
