Family Support Therapy Center (FSTC) is a Mental Health therapy and counseling group practice dedicated to bringing evidence-based practices and alternative medicine techniques to Baltimore and its surrounding areas in Maryland. Founded in January 2024, FSTC is driven by a philosophy centered on equal access to treatment and healing modalities for all individuals, including those in historically underserved neighborhoods.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' Mental Health needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals and requirements.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address clients' Mental Health concerns effectively.
• Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid state licensure as an LCSW-C or LCPC.
• Demonstrated experience working with a trauma-informed approach.
• Experience working with individuals with dual-diagnoses including Substance Use Disorders (SUD).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
