Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our private practice! You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings.

Licensed Clinical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Meet weekly/monthly with assigned clients in either group, individual, joint, or family sessions.
• Schedule appointments with clients according to program standards.
• Complete clinical notes and other paperwork as required.
• Maintain consistent contact with referral sources and work cooperatively with other client treatment team members.
• Uphold with high regard the confidentiality of clients, and follow all HIPPA guidelines.
• Answer incoming phone calls from clients whenever possible.
• Check e-mail throughout the day and respond as appropriate.
• Attend monthly team meetings (one hour).
• Attend supervision meetings as required according to the level of licensure. (Individual and group are required)

Licensed Therapist Requirements

• Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Licensed in the State of Maryland as a Counselor ( LCPC), Social Worker (LCSWC)
• Reliable transportation & a Valid Drivers License.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• You must be able to pass a Criminal Background screening.

Licensed Therapist Experience

• Adept in the electronic clinical record.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Knowledgeable in Mental Health Diagnosis.
• Teletherapy
• Ability to establish on schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
We are currently utilizing a hybrid model for seeing clients. We have Telehealth sessions and in-person sessions depending on the needs of the client.
