The Hero Company is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to help upsell our product line to our existing customers.
We want you to enjoy what you do and love our company as much as we do so this performance-based position offers a competitive hourly pay rate + commission.
You must be comfortable speaking on the phone, generating interest in our products, serving customers, managing and following up on your pipeline, achieving goals, and closing sales.
We give you the tools to succeed and in return - you have the potential to earn unlimited commission on everything you sell.

Responsibilities:
- Must make 80+ outbound dials each day
- Manage a pipeline of leads
- High volume outbound calls are a must
- Close sales and achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly quotas
Qualifications:
- Not afraid to pick up the phone
- The ability to adapt quickly and flexibility is a must
- Be a team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Wants to make money

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
