Outbound Sales Representative

Cultivera is an enterprise software company exclusively serving the cannabis industry. We provide seed-to-sale, POS, online marketplace and ERP software-as-a-service to some of the largest operations in the country. Cultivera was founded in Washington state, where we now account for a 70% market share of growers and processors by sales volume. We've processed $2 billion through our Cultivera Pro product, and are continuing to grow our presence in other states.

We are looking for talented entry-level candidates to join our sales team to help us scale our outbound efforts. This position comes with incredible growth opportunity within a rapidly growing company in a rapidly growing industry.

Our starting compensation for the position is $15/hour plus commission. Pay is reviewed periodically and adjusted largely based on performance. Health benefits are available for full time employees - this position is designed to eventually convert to full-time, again largely based on performance.

An ideal candidate will have experience with:

• Outbound sales experience (cold calling, tradeshows, ad campaigns, email marketing)
• Metrc, Leaf Data and/or BioTrack state traceability (track & trace) systems
• Commercial seed-to-sale or POS cannabis software (Cultivera, GrowFlow, BioTrack, MJ Freeway, Flowhub, Greenbits, etc)
• Project Management software (Monday.com, JIRA, Basecamp, Asana, Trello, etc)

Must have high speed, reliable internet at home and a reliable cell phone. New employees will be provided with the technical equipment required to perform the job, except for a phone.

The initial responsibilities of this position will be:

• Become a Cultivera Pro, POS and Market product expert
• Become knowledgeable of different state regulations, operational nuances, and our products' main differentiators in each
• Familiarize with internal ops processes
• Memorize common requests/objections from leads
• Refine cold pitch
• Lead generation through traditional outbound methods - cold calling, email campaigns, social outreach, etc
• Accurate documentation of all activities and updates in project management/CRM software
