A Regulatory Compliance Agent is responsible for verifying all software prior to installation of all electronic gaming machines (EGM). Accountable for oversite of all installs, removals, conversions, and repairs of all EGMs. Verify and validate the Wide Area Progressive (WAP) jackpots in conjunction with the vendor. Conduct annual EGM audits to determine the accuracy of the Software in the games. Maintain the EGM licenses for all games at all seven properties. Complete regular inspections with regard to Health and Safety, food and beverage, and building codes. Perform investigations of prize claims and all machine malfunctions. The Employee must perform all duties in accordance with the Nation's core values, the objectives of the Osage Nation, internal policies, procedures and controls, as well, as applicable laws and gaming regulations.
Qualifications
• Associate's degree or equivalent regulatory experience in gaming
• Compliance, inspection, or investigation background preferred (Criminal Justice training preferred)
• National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) training preferred
• Requires ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs (CompTIA A+ certification preferred)
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English to conduct investigations, write reports that may be used in Commission hearings or Tribal Court, and comprehend detailed regulations
• Be able to convey thoughts and ideas in non-technical terms to various audiences
• Cooperate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and work units/departments
• Maintain a confidential and professional rapport with all casino staff and Osage Nation Gaming Commission personnel
• Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to lead and/or guide the work of other gaming and vendor employees
• Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics
• Requires a high level of problem solving skills
• Requires willingness and ability to learn new skills, including travel to conferences and training sessions
• Requires good interpersonal communication and team work skills
• Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation in order to receive and maintain a Key Gaming License
• Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing
• Must possess a valid Oklahoma Class D license
• Must have a clean driving record - may be required to drive GSA or tribal vehicles
