- Observes and provides support to veteran Dentists in all aspects of clinical operations to learn and develop according to MINT clinical practices
- Delivers quality and compassionate dental care to every patient they serve
- Diagnosis, treatment planning, and provides appropriate orthodontic treatment to patients. This is to include exams, proper diagnosis and treatment planning, treatment that includes braces Phase I and II, Invisalign, expanders, Class II and III correction, surgical set ups, management of impacted teeth, extraction and nonextraction therapy, and a knowledge of everything digital including photography, radiography, and intraoral scanning.
- Educate patients and parents of patients on maintaining proper oral health
- Communicate with dental staff on our team regarding patient treatment plans
- Communicate with patients regarding MINT products and procedures using MINT scripts
- Prescribe medications as necessary
- Carefully document all medications, diagnosis, treatments and consultations
- Dental Doctoral degree from an accredited dental school
- Orthodontics Certificate
- State license and regional boards
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Eligible to practice dentistry in local state
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Ability to use dental tools and equipment at an expert level
