Responsibilities:
  • Embed and behaviorally exemplify the Mint Dentistry values of Love, Generosity and Perfection in all work and deliverables, and proactively pursues a nurturing and collegial doctor/clinical and operational relationships anchored on these values
  • Observes and provides support to veteran Dentists in all aspects of clinical operations to learn and develop according to MINT clinical practices
  • Delivers quality and compassionate dental care to every patient they serve
  • Diagnosis, treatment planning, and provides appropriate orthodontic treatment to patients. This is to include exams, proper diagnosis and treatment planning, treatment that includes braces Phase I and II, Invisalign, expanders, Class II and III correction, surgical set ups, management of impacted teeth, extraction and nonextraction therapy, and a knowledge of everything digital including photography, radiography, and intraoral scanning.
  • Educate patients and parents of patients on maintaining proper oral health
  • Communicate with dental staff on our team regarding patient treatment plans
  • Communicate with patients regarding MINT products and procedures using MINT scripts
  • Prescribe medications as necessary
  • Carefully document all medications, diagnosis, treatments and consultations
Qualifications:
  • Dental Doctoral degree from an accredited dental school
  • Orthodontics Certificate
  • State license and regional boards
  • 2+ years of clinical experience
  • Eligible to practice dentistry in local state
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
  • Ability to use dental tools and equipment at an expert level

  • Experience operating your own practice is a plus
