We are in search of an experienced Orthodontic Patient Coordinatorto join our team of dedicated professionals. This is a Full-time opportunity with great benefits!

The Full-time schedule (4-day work week) will be Monday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Tuesday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Wednesday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Orthodontic Patient Coordinator Role in Our Practice:

• Schedules patients appropriately based on recommended treatment
• Understands and responds to financial inquiries from patients
• Promptly and professionally responds to phone and in-person inquiries in a friendly and pleasant manner
• Ensures strict adherence to Fair Credit Standards Act
• Manages prompt payment collection, including insurance processing
• Efficiently handles multiple tasks independently and within a team
• Partners with orthodontist to deliver 5-star service

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

• Accurate and Efficient Keyboarding Skills
• Excellent Phone and Communication Skills
• Experience with Dolphin Practice Management Software (preferred)
• 1+ years Dental Experience (required)
• Orthodontic Experience (preferred)

Salary Range: $25 - $26 per hour based on experience
