Dental - Patient Relations Coordinator

Seva Dental Team LLC (“Seva”) is looking for a full-time Patient Relations Coordinator (“PRC”) at its Toledo, OH location. The patient experience at a Seva practice is the foundation of success. The PRC is responsible for ensuring a great patient experience from the moment they walk in until the moment they check out with their next appointment in hand. Greeting patients with a welcoming smile and kind words is expected. You are THE focal point of the relationship between a patient and the practice.

Responsibilities:

• Answering all patient calls during the day
• Booking appointments
• Checking patients in and out
• Completing 100% accurate documentation of patient’s financial and insurance responsibility
• Collecting payment from patients for procedures performed
• Managing the practice patient schedule
• Calling patients who are due for service or need to book an appointment
• Utilizing tools to fill in cancellations and past-due appointments
• Collecting past-due balances from patients
• Helping other Team Members with morning huddles

Qualifications:

• High level of computer proficiency
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive, service-oriented attitude
• Works well with others as a team
• Comfortable asking for things i.e. Monies owed
• 2 years experience in a direct customer contact role
• 1 year prior dental office experience preferred
• Familiarity with practice management software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
