SalaryWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Orthodontic Assistant to help our team.
One of our Orthodontic Assistants is leaving next week for a family medical emergency, and we are looking for help on her days off.
Pay: $30/hour
DATES/TIMES:
Tuesday: 3/19/24 - 8:30am - 5:20pm. Lunch from ~1pm - 2:15pm
Friday: 3/22/24 - 8:30am - 3:20pm. Lunch from ~12pm - 12:45pm
```Duties:```
- Assist the orthodontist during orthodontic procedures, including taking Itero scans, bonding brackets, cementing expanders, Indirect Bonding (lightforce) placing brackets, and adjusting wires, delivering retainers,
- Prepare ortho chairs and sterilize instruments
- ICAT CBCT
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide post-treatment instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical documentation
```Qualifications:```
- Orthodontic Experience is required
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and guidelines
- Ortho2 Edge experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
