As an Organizational Change Management Consultant with Digineer, you will act as a coach and advisor to leaders who are change sponsors and influence managers and stakeholders from a people perspective. You will develop and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies and plans to support specific project implementation needs throughout our client’s business.
Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitate and lead client meetings to assess change management capabilities and maturity
- Ensure an understanding of the current company culture, and determine the scope of the change effort
- Work independently or as a team to create and administer the design and development of a prioritized, future-state roadmap for implementation; including a business case and ROI
- Develop organizational design recommendations; present and refine recommendations with executive leadership and stakeholders
- Implement OCM principles, create and enact communication & training plans; establish goals and tools to measure utilization
- Understand, develop, and prioritize a list of potential areas for waste elimination
Required Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated success in providing influential OCM leadership and effectively driving change through innovation & process improvement in varying environments
- Understanding of OCM principles and methodologies
- Solid understanding of project management disciplines and deliverables to be deployed at the various stages of a project
- Ability to assess and leverage corporate culture, strengths, and constraints to support effective change management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; polished presentation, time-management, and organizational skills
- Ability to mediate, moderate, and arbitrate complex and ambiguous situations
- Extensive experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques
- Proven experience with Process Improvement, resulting in significant cost savings
- Solid understanding of key business and financial metrics
- Facilitation of workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Ability to manage all phases of the project life cycle, multiple currently running projects, and stakeholder expectations
- Prior consulting experience is highly preferred (not required)
- Change management certification or designation desired – not required (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP, or others)
