Join Bolden, a leading skincare brand dedicated to providing high-quality, effective, and safe skincare. We're on the lookout for a passionate Organic Content Creator and Manager to join our dynamic team.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's narrative and digital presence. Collaborating closely with our marketing and product teams, you'll create and manage compelling content that resonates across various platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Craft Compelling Stories: Serve as the primary storyteller for our brand, cultivating brand loyalty and affinity through captivating narratives.
• Create Engaging Content: Conceptualize, produce, and refine captivating, trending, and educational Organic Content for both our brand social media and Founder accounts, ensuring alignment with skincare industry trends and consumer interests.
• TikTok Strategy: Develop and execute TikTok content strategies to drive product sales and enhance brand awareness.
• Manage Newsletter: Develop compelling content for our newsletters, ensuring that each communication effectively engages subscribers, provides valuable insights, and promotes brand awareness and product offerings.
• Create UGC Mood Boards: Collaborate with influencer managers to develop mood boards for user-generated content (UGC) campaigns. These boards will guide influencer video content creation, ensuring brand alignment and audience engagement.
• Algorithm Expertise: Stay abreast of TikTok algorithm updates to optimize our videos for maximum engagement and visibility.
• Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media and newsletter content calendar, ensuring adherence to posting schedules.
• Audience Insights: Gain a deep understanding of the Bolden brand, voice, and target audience, continuously researching and analyzing audience preferences on various platforms, with particular focus on TikTok.
• Budget Management: Strategize and manage the allocation of our content creation budget for optimal results.
• Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and effectively to customer comments and messages, upholding company communication standards and guidelines.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on content metrics and insights, leveraging data to propose effective strategies for platform growth and enhanced engagement.
• Bolden Team Content: Periodically create Bolden team content, showcasing our brand founders and team members working collaboratively to convey the essence of our brand story. Curate engaging content that highlights the dedication and passion behind Bolden, fostering a deeper connection with our audience.

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
