The position is hybrid, locoated in Midtown, NY
They are seeking an HR Professional specialist with an emphasis on Organizational Change/ Design management. Workforce Planning experience preferred
Role Profile
Support the design and implementation of the organizational future-state plans
Support the creation and maintenance of reports and tools based on Org Design inputs
Tracks on Org Design improvements to achieve goals: spans and layers targets, savings goals, etc.
Build visual tools to regularly summarize and report out the impact of varying designs, including resourcing, headcount, and financial summaries (the latter provided by Finance)
Prepare role descriptions for new or revised roles
Build and maintain talent slates and scorecards tools, within guidelines
Track on open Org Design items and open points that need to be resolved in order to finalize the org plan. Takes action to bring them to a close.
Track on open recruitment needs as an output of the newly designed organization
Supports the preparation and dissemination of individual exiting documentation
Maintain folders and final versions of Org Design documentation
Skills
Exceptional project management and communication skills
Prior experience producing executive ready data visualization materials
High level of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Must have an inquisitive, solution-oriented, and consultative mindset
Experience with Org Design and/or change-management projects
Pay Details: $44.00 to $46.00 per hour
