Job Description:
As a Digital Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and preparing files for CNC Routing, 7 Axis Milling, Laser Cutting, and 3D Printing. You will work closely with a drafting department, project managers, and design team. Experience working in a variety of materials and on short and long term timelines is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Machining Mastery:
Operate and set up CNC machines with precision, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to tight tolerances.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to execute flawless machining processes.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct routine checks and inspections to guarantee the highest quality output.
Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain and elevate our stringent quality standards.
Innovation Integration:

Provide insights and suggestions for process improvement and optimization.
Team Collaboration:

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years previous experience as digital fabricator (CNC, 3D printing, 5 axis milling)
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Digital Fabrication, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Proficiency in industry-standard Digital Fabrication software (Adobe Suite, Rhino, RhinoCad, AutoCad, Blender, Mastercam, Fusion 360, Simplify 3D)
Preferred candidates will have experience with coding in Grasshopper,
Hands-on experience with CNC machines, 3D printers, 5+ Axis Milling, and laser cutting/engraving equipment.
Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
