Job Description:

Following the new Medium-Speed Engines (MSE) strategy there is an exciting opportunity for an Orders Coordinator to join the MaK Americas team.  As an Orders Coordinator, the employee is responsible for providing support for receiving, picking, packing and loading of orders for our Americas Dealers and customers.

Job Responsibilities and duties may include but not limited to:

• Keeping records for incoming shipments and products; checking the quantity, quality and basic condition of contents to ensure alignment with original order.

•  Moving shipments to the proper departments and maintaining records for reference.

• Preparing shipping documents and mailing labels; keeping records of all shipments.

Effective Communications : Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Problem Solving : Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Relationship Management : Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Project Management : Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.

Value Selling : Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• Previous Logistics experience

• Inventory Management

• Accuracy and Attention to Detail

• Product, manufacturing, and shipping knowledge

• Proficient in the use of a personal computer, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, ADOBE,

• Knowledge of office 365

• 6 Sigma Green, Black Belt desirable / readiness for training

• Able to handle many separate tasks at the same time and have a high stress tolerance

• Customer service orientated

• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Must be a self-starter.
