Job Description:

Following the new Medium-Speed Engines (MSE) strategy there is an exciting opportunity for an Orders Coordinator to join the MaK Americas team.  As an Orders Coordinator, the employee is responsible for providing support for the Americas MSE Dealers. Focusing on Marine, EP and Oil and Gas Dealers with all aspects of Aftersales support and service.

Job Responsibilities and duties may include but not limited to:

• Central contact for MSE dealers within North, South, Central Americas including the Caribbean

• Independent commercial processing of spare parts offers / orders / invoicing from the Marine / EP / Oil & Gas Dealers in compliance with all export regulations.

• Coordination of processing of orders and shipments in cooperation with KEC colleagues as well as the Logistics center CMHU/ Freight Forwarders and Dealers

• Compliance with the after-sales metrics Line-Item Fill Rate / Back Order Volume

• Prioritization of large-scale offers / orders

• Technical knowledge

•  Parts Identification, quotes, orders, invoicing, and logistics assistance for the MSE product.

• Other responsibilities include weekly and quarterly sales reporting.

Project Management : Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.

Value Selling : Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• Product, manufacturing, and shipping knowledge

• Experience working with dealer’s sales operations personnel and understanding of how dealers order and receive product

• Proficient in the use of a personal computer, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, ADOBE

• Knowledge of office 365

• 6 Sigma Green, Black Belt desirable / readiness for training

• Able to handle many separate tasks at the same time and have a high stress tolerance
