Order Processing Specialist

City Paper Company is a retail packaging and promotional marketing company based out of Birmingham, AL. City Paper is looking for an organized and career driven Order Processing Specialist. If you are someone who thrives in a fast paced, multi tasking environment, this may be the position for you.

Please note that this is a **part time** position, approximately 2-3 days a week. The general function and responsibility of this position is processing all customer sales orders. To deliver information and resolve issues accurately and in a timely manner. Will serve on the Operations Team and as a back up to the Customer Service Account Coordinator and E-Commerce Coordinator.

Order Processing Specialist Primary Responsibilities:

• Order entry and processing for packaging division
• Order entry and processing for promotional marketing division
• Order entry and processing for e-commerce website and on-demand orders
• Working with the warehouse for any internal shipments
• Assisting incoming phone calls from clients
• Develop relationships with all internal departments and utilize those relationships to help resolve customer issues
• Partner with Account Executives to provide the highest possible level of order fulfillment service to customers
• Escalate key service issues or opportunities to sales representatives, appropriate internal departments, and upper management as deemed appropriate
• Utilize all required tools to enter, monitor and report on customer activity

Requirements:

• Microsoft Office experience required
• Strong communication, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Accurate and efficient data entry
• Handle a fast pace work environment
• Ability to work with a wide variety of personalities and people
• Bachelors Degree is preferred but not required

This is a part time in office position of 2 or 3 days a week. Office hours are Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM.
