SUMMARY
The Order Entry Clerk is responsible for promptly and accurately entering customer orders and quickly resolving any unclear or missing order information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Evaluates customer order information to ensure that it is accurate and complete.
- Responsible for quick order clarification relating to any unclear or missing customer order information.
- Promptly and accurately enters customers' orders and moves to next step in order flow.
- Converts order information from Sales Force into Visual
- Confirms information has been converted correctly.
- Creates an order folder and provides it to appropriate Customer Service Rep in a timely manner.
- Assists with Customer Service issues when required.
- Regular and consistent job attendance required, with or without reasonable accommodation in accordance with the ADA .

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential
duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,
skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable

- 2-5 years experience in a customer service/data entry environment
- Excellent data entry skills including speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using a computer and associated software.
- ERP and/or Sales Force Dot Com experience a plus
- High level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details.
- Must be able to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from customers and co-workers.
- Must possess the ability to perform quality evaluation of data entry .
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Associates degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, depreciation, proportions, percentages, etc. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
