```Job Summary```
This is a fully remote job.
I am a startup company seeking a detail-oriented individual to join my 3 person team as a "Locator" starting April 1.
A locator finds companies (active and inactive) and people (heirs to deceased people-searching obituaries and sometimes court records) who are owed unclaimed monies. You search for them on the computer using the resources I provide and then enter their information into a google spreadsheet. I can train you and pay for your training. I'll get you an additional monitor for your computer or laptop so you have two screens.
I offer $1.00 per letter you locate (you typically can find about 15-20 each hour) PLUS a 10% commission off the fees that come back. The fees typically range from $100 to $2000 per claim.
This is a contract job only, a 1099 employee.
When I make a claim, it takes the state 90 days to pay me, so your commissions come when I get paid, so there is a 3 month delay from when I start getting your claims back to when you get the commission $. I send out a monthly report of what was claimed so you know whats coming.

- Enter data into google spreadsheet
- Verify data and correct any errors or inconsistencies
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient data management
```Requirements```
- Be available Wednesday afternoon or evenings
--Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (google sheet)
- Strong typing skills and accuracy in data entry
- Basic math skills for calculations and data analysis
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
