Job Description
• Analyzes user/business software system requirements and determines needs
• Determine the functionality of an application and performs upgrades over time
• Maintains documentation to support software development policies, standards, and procedures
• Assist team with preparation of cost estimates
Proficient in the following qualifications:
• Expert in Oracle Application Developement and PL/SQL
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and management tools (preferably VersionOne) and IT
• Service Management Systems (preferably ServiceNow)
• Strong facilitation skills to effectively lead discussion across multiple group
• Effective liaison between business and technical teams
