mentor and train new analysts onshore and offshore, oversee HCM security and controls implementations,
identify product gaps and work with product development to address them,
come up with innovative solutions to handle client requirements,
having hands on knowledge on HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL and Personalization.
Willing to Work on Support project with quick time line to turn around the technical issues during onshore hours.
Experience is must in HCM extracts, BI Reporting and OTBI
