Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud PPM Finance Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Finance modules, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Implement and configure Oracle Cloud PPM Finance modules to meet the specific needs of our clients, including Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Contracts.
2. Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and design solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
3. Lead workshops and facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to define business processes, system workflows, and data migration strategies.
4. Configure Oracle Cloud PPM Finance applications, including setup of chart of accounts, project structures, billing rules, revenue recognition methods, and cost allocation rules.
5. Develop and execute test scripts to validate system functionality, perform system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing activities.
6. Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and project teams on Oracle Cloud PPM Finance functionality, system capabilities, and best practices.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
8. Stay current with Oracle Cloud PPM Finance product releases, new features, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
9. ****Minimum 3-5 implementation & Infrastructure background and clients is a must.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud PPM Finance modules, with a focus on project financial management processes.
3. Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.
4. Strong understanding of project accounting principles, revenue recognition methods, and financial reporting requirements.
5. Proficiency in Oracle Cloud PPM Finance configuration, including setup of project structures, project costing, billing rules, and revenue recognition methods.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels of the organization.
7. Oracle Cloud certification in PPM Finance modules is highly desirable.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
