Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. Has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. May be assigned to various, unanticipated sites throughout U.S. May telecommute (385.32846).
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics or related technical field and 7 years of experience in the job offered or in a Consultant-related occupation.
Position requires:
1. Business Development;
2. Gather/Document system requirements, data flow diagrams and write functional specifications;
3. Customer metering, and billing for utility (electric, gas);
4. Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB);
5. Conduct workshops, functional design, testing, reviews, investigation and analysis, estimation, configuration and SQL;
6. Collaborate and provide guidance in defining solutions for our clients. Educate client organizations on key changes to current business processes;
7. Solution design and implementation; and
8. Lead projects, provide coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members.
