Job Description:

As an Oracle Cloud Supply Chain/WMS Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle Cloud solutions within our organization. This position requires a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain or Oracle Cloud WMS modules and a proven track record of successful implementations. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 6 years of relevant experience and a passion for driving process improvement through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oracle Cloud Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain or Oracle Cloud WMS modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
2. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Oracle Cloud applications to meet specific business requirements, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Cloud platform.
3. Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within the Oracle Cloud Supply Chain or Oracle Cloud WMS environment.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure successful project delivery.
5. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new Oracle Cloud Supply Chain or Oracle Cloud WMS solutions.
6. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and processes.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
2. Experience: 5-6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain or Oracle Cloud WMS modules.
3. Certifications:Oracle Cloud certifications in Supply Chain or WMS are highly desirable.
4. Eligibility: Must be a Green Card holder, U.S. Citizen, or possess an EAD Visa.
5. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze complex business processes, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.
