Responsible for care and safety of patients of all ages who come under his/her care. Responsible for transporting patients from inpatient rooms, emergency room, Radiology and OPCC to the Operating Room Suite/Holding room. Assist with cleaning operating rooms after hours/weekend when needed. Assist with transferring patients to and from OR tables, positioning patients as needed. Assist staff with retrieving and positioning equipment and/or instruments necessary to perform surgical procedures. Participates in call schedule.
