Office Manager
Summary
Responsible for supervising workers within multiple departments of the Practice. Creates and implements training programs and oversees the development of careers. Ensures all business goals and objectives are reached by setting performance metrics and evaluating productivity. Assists and reports directly to the owner/ OD

Organized, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills. This person should be energetic and outgoing, friendly and confident, and maintain a high level of trustworthiness as the outcome of the practice may lie in their hands. A person in this position should be comfortable handling multiple tasks at once with a high degree of competency, and should be driven to exceed expectations and achieve goals. They should also be comfortable leading a team by example, delegating appropriately and fairly, and they should be able to track the progress of multiple company goals simultaneously to ensure excellence in performance for both the practice and the staff members.
Primary Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the operations and productivity of the entire Practice.
- Delegate administrative duties such as phone calls, insurance related tasks, scanning, shredding, filing, etc.
- Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the practice.
- Support the organization's strategic alliances and partnerships (represent the organization to the public).
- Work to implement, sustain, and grow new programs/services.
- Conduct orientation sessions.
- Develop, implement and monitor training programs within the practice (evaluate the needs of a company).
- Create testing and evaluation processes.
- Conduct performance evaluations (provide performance feedback).
- Build solid cross-functional relationships.
- Delegate responsibility to appropriate staff.
- Motivate and encourage employees.
- Manage staff relations and maintain employee records.
- Create schedules that ensure efficiency within each department.
