Your Specific Responsibilities: + Identify areas of data science strengths and opportunities for growth needed to develop an effective informatics function and workforce + Works with various reporting systems to pull programmatic data sets + Develops charts, graphs, worksheets, etc.

as needed for data compilation by programs. + Develops action-oriented dashboards and other visualizations to report on public and population health outcomes and agency performance metrics. + Provides supports to ensure program managers and/or staff are comfortable pulling the data to support programmatic decisions + Works with Information Technology Department to implement and update Workforce Development SharePoint site + Designs surveys, collects data from surveys and creates reports on data received + Communicates complex topics or issues both verbally and in writing to diverse audiences + Interacts effectively with others across a broad spectrum of managerial, administrative and professional staff + Attends Workforce Development meetings + Provides recommendations to management to reduce gaps in workforce capabilities or data collection + Assists with reporting requirements of the workforce development team + Assists in the development of standardized forms or documents + Assists with budget reporting for workforce grant + Assists with developing presentations and training materials as needed + May be required to perform other duties related to workforce development + Employee is expected to submit timely and accurate timesheets and EAR/DAR documentation, per the established standards.

+ Employee will respond to the SERVFL alert network notifications and emergency call tree alerts within the required timeframe of 1 hour. Employees will report as assigned for response duties during an event, unless an exemption has been approved. + Employee will complete mandatory DOH training in TRAIN as required by policy or delegated authority, required program and job specific training, and will maintain licensure and certifications required for the employee's position.
