Description:

We are seeking a Technology Business Analyst with strong SQL proficiency and a background in financial crime to oversee and manage the agile delivery of diverse projects. This role demands exceptional client stakeholder skills combined with a deep understanding of business operations and technology to drive successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert, facilitating the agile delivery of various projects.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and testable specifications, collaborating closely with business units and the delivery team.
• Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, and suggest alternative solutions, strategies, and negotiations.
• Serve as a bridge between the business and technology, providing in-depth understanding of data and platform.
• Articulate and align the technology vision and strategy with business goals and priorities.
• Define and implement operational processes, establishing comprehensive plans for project teams.
• Oversee Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) validation to streamline Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and enterprise requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in a business/finance field with technical expertise.
• Significant experience in the financial industry, specifically with a focus on financial crime.
• Strong Business Analyst background with extensive SQL and Data Analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• 7-9 years of experience in Data & Analytics projects.
• Proven track record in end-to-end business requirements definition, structured analysis, process design, and use case documentation.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in collaborating effectively across various IT and Business divisions, regions, roles, and hierarchy levels.
• Ability to influence decisions and mindsets.
• Desire for high-quality architecture and design methodologies.
• Prior experience in level-3 application support is advantageous.
