Responsibilities:
- Perform high-level, complex administrative work, supporting the initiatives of several teams that provide Grant funding to vulnerable populations in the State of WI. This includes building a work plan and tracking system for five different grant support teams
- Format documents, mail, collect incoming applications, check for completion, reach out to stakeholders for information
- Understand and ensure smooth process logistics including coordinating teams who will review applications in a competitive bidding process
- Coach screening teams and analyze screening process and results
- Work with the budget analysts to develop contracts
- Develop a tracking plan for incoming reports and make recommendations for best practices in future projects
Qualifications:
- High-level administrative support experience, collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
