We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:
- Provide leadership support with management of calendars, maintenance of agendas, taking meeting minutes, and the coordination of activities and schedules of management and department teams.
- Compose and prepare correspondence, newsletters, presentations, and additional materials as needed.
- Coordinate administrative aspects of a department, including preparation of reports, managing timecards, researching issues, completing technical financial and IT submission, assistance in updating policies, procedures, manuals and administrative tools, and maintaining multiple complex SharePoint sites.
- Responsible for the tracking and facilitating the process of filling provider and staff vacancies.

Education:
Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred - Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum - One (1) year of experience in an administrative support role.
Preferred - Three (3) years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting.
